Concord was founded in Biel, Switzerland in 1908. The MGI Corporation acquired the traditional Swiss luxury brand in the early 1970s and has now relaunched Concord as a dynamic, highly original niche brand. Concord has been transformed by a dramatic surge in innovation and creativity, unveiling a new identity that capitalizes on its natural roots and passion for innovation and creativity. The way to unconventional, resolutely forward-looking creativity was paved by the initial creation of the Concord C1. This was soon followed by the striking C1 WorldTimer, and the remarkable C1 Tourbillon Gravity – the first representative of the brand’s new development concept, the C Lab Series.
